Born and raised in Strasburg in the Northern Shenandoah Valley, I moved to Martinsburg in 2010 and have stayed closely connected to both communities ever since. I’m the proud dad of Carson (15) and Rhett (8), and I enjoy being involved in their lives — whether it’s coaching their teams or diving into a new interest or hobby alongside them as they grow and experience new things.
 

I’ve never met a stranger. I love conversations, meeting new people, and building relationships — that’s really where I thrive. Outside of work and family, I’m a sports junkie who enjoys staying active. I like being on the water, hiking, riding motorcycles, exercising, traveling, and I’ve always had an appreciation for tattoos.

After graduating from Frederick High School and serving in the United States Army, Mike embarked on a career in finance, honing his skills and expertise since 1990. Family is central to Mike's life; his daughter, Alex, is making a difference in Germany by helping children, while his son, Nic, is completing his studies at The University of Maryland's Smith School of Business.
